Guide to Domain Control Panel

»  Domain Restoration Charges.
Different domain extensions has different domain restoration charges. Please follow the below mentioned steps to check the correct domain restoration charges :
a. Login to your Domain registration control panel
b. Search the domain
c. Click to Renew/restore Button
d. System will show you total invoice need to paid to restore the domain.
»  Steps to Pay Pending Invoices
1. Login to your Reseller or Customer  domain control panel
2. Select "My Billing" menu and further select "Pending Invoice and Debit Note"  sub menu
3. System will then show you list of pending invoices, you need to select the pending invoice , you want to pay, from the list and click on "Pay" option. System will further show you payment Information on the screen.
4. You can either use your debit balance to pay the pending invoice or you can choose Pay online option. If you select Pay online  option system will show you multiple payment gateway in a drop down.  Now, If you select :-
 
i. PayPal payment gateway from drop down menu and click on “continue”, system will redirect you to PayPal website. Once you complete payment formalities system will automatically credit your payment and immediately register/renew/or start domain transfer process. Write to [email protected] immediately if you see this not happening with domain name and payment details. Not writing to us in such a case would result in domain not getting register/renew or transfer.
ii. 2Checkout payment gateway from drop down and click on “continue”, system will redirect you to 2Checkout website. Once you complete payment formalities, 2Checkout will take maximum of 24 hrs. to validate the payments. 2Checkout payments are credited manually by our team. Once credited funds can be used to pay pending invoices in your domain account. If you do not see funds credited after 24 hrs, write to [email protected] immediately.
iii. CCavenue, you would be able to pay in Indian Rupees by your credit card or online bank account. Once you select CCavenue payment gateway from drop down and click on “Continue”, system will redirect you to CCavenue website. Once you complete payment formalities, CCAvenue will take maximum of 72 hrs. to validate the payments. CCAvenue payments are credited manually by our team. Once credited funds can be used to pay pending invoices in your domain account. If you do not see funds credited after 24 hrs, write to [email protected] immediately.
»  Steps to Register a Domain Name
1. Visit http://domainsgofast.com
2. Under “Find your Domain Name” section enter your domain name and select domain extension
3. Press “Search Now” button.
4. System will show you result of your search. If the domain is available, you can select the domain by “Clicking on check box” and then you need to click on “Add To Cart” button to process domain registration. ( repeat the same steps, if you want to register multiple domain name, by clicking on ” continue shopping, if  not then press “Checkout”)
5. Here system will ask you to Login into your Customer / Reseller account ( if you have a login you may use the same or you can create a new login )
6. After Login into your customer account, system will ask you to select period of domain registration, (which is one year by default) then click on “Continue” button
7. Check and agree to “No SPAM policy” and Submit. System will display you Invoice details and payment options.
8. Use “Steps to pay for Domain registration” and complete the payment, your order will be executed only after system verify payment against the transaction.
»  Steps to Pay for Domain Registration
1. Login to Domain Control panel  :
 
i. If you are a Customer then Login into the domain control panel from http://store.domainsgofast.com/customer/
ii. If you are a Reseller then Login into the domain control panel from http://store.domainsgofast.com/reseller/
2. Go to “My Billing” menu
3. Select "Pending Invoices & Debit Notes” option, here system will show you a list of pending invoices.
4. Select one or more pending invoices by clicking on check boxes in-front of each invoice and click on “Pay” button
5. Here system will show you, various payment options, if you have a debit balance equal to pending amount, you may use your account debit balance to pay pending amount, else, you can select “Pay Online” option and chose between PayPal / 2Checkout  or CCavenue payment options.  Now, If you select :-
 
i. PayPal payment gateway from drop down menu and click on “continue”, system will redirect you to PayPal website. Once you complete payment formalities system will automatically credit your payment and immediately register/renew/or start domain transfer process. Write to [email protected] immediately if you see this not happening with domain name and payment details. Not writing to us in such a case would result in domain not getting register/renew or transfer.
ii. 2Checkout payment gateway from drop down and click on “continue”, system will redirect you to 2Checkout website. Once you complete payment formalities, 2Checkout will take maximum of 24 hrs. to validate the payments. 2Checkout payments are credited manually by our team. Once credited funds can be used to pay pending invoices in your domain account. If you do not see funds credited after 24 hrs, write to [email protected] immediately.
iii. CCavenue, you would be able to pay in Indian Rupees by your credit card or online bank account. Once you select CCavenue payment gateway from drop down and click on “Continue”, system will redirect you to CCavenue website. Once you complete payment formalities, CCAvenue will take maximum of 72 hrs. to validate the payments. CCAvenue payments are credited manually by our team. Once credited funds can be used to pay pending invoices in your domain account. If you do not see funds credited after 24 hrs, write to [email protected] immediately.
»  Steps to Login into Domain Control Panel
1. Domain Customer visit http://:domainsgofast.com/customer
2. Domain Resellers visit http://domainsgofast.com/reseller
3. Click on "Login" option
4. Enter User Name: your email id
5. Enter Password.

1. Login to your domain control panel
2. Search for the domain name you want to transfer
3. Click on the “domain name “to see domain details.
4. Click on " Click here to create Domain Secret"
»  Steps to Add Funds in Domain Reseller Account
1. Login into the domain reseller control panel from http://store.domainsgofast.com/reseller
2. Go to “My Billing” menu, further select "Add Funds" option
3. System will show you screen to select payment gateway, here if you want to add funds from :-CCavenue / 2Checkout you need to contact [email protected] and let them know how much money you want to add. Billing department will create an Invoice in your reseller account and then you may follow the below steps to pay against the same:
 
i. Login to your domain cp
ii. Select “My Billing” menu
iii. Select “Pending invoices and debit note” option
iv. Then select the pending invoice and pay against the same to add funds.
Once you pay you need to reply [email protected] billing will do the payment adjustment for add fund transaction in your account.

If you select PayPal to add funds in your account, follow the below steps to pay against the same:
i. Click on “Continue”, after selecting PayPal from drop down.
ii. System will ask how much money you want to add into your account, add the amount and continue to complete the payment on PayPal website. Once system receives the amount, system will automatically credit your account with the same. If you donot see the funds in your domain control panel after you complete payment, you may contact [email protected]  with invoice and payment details
»  Steps to Renew the Domain and Pay for the same
1. Visit http://domainsgofast.com and Login into your domain customer account
2. On the first screen you will be able to find “Jump to Domain” option enter the domain name you want to search. Then just below the field select “Domain registration ” from drop down menu and click on “GO”
3. At the next screen you will be able to see “Renew” button > click on the “Renew “ button select period of domain registration, (which is one year by default) and click on “Renew Domain Name” option.
4. System will show you transaction / invoice id with payment details.

»  Steps to View / Modify Nameservers for a Domain
1. Contact your Web Hosting Company and find out from them the Name Servers you need to use.
2. Login to your Control Panel.
3. Search for the domain name and proceed to the Order Information view.
(Note If the domain name is Locked/Suspended by JodoHost, you will have to first unlock/unsuspend it before proceeding further.)
4. Click the Name Servers link.
5. Enter upto 13 Name Servers and click Update Name Servers.
»  Steps to Modify Whois (Contact Details) of Domain Names
Typically, Domain Name Contacts are of the following types

• Registrant Contact

• Administrative Contact

• Technical Contact

• Billing Contact
1. Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name whose Contact Details you wish to modify and proceed to the Order Information view
2. Click the Contact Details link to proceed to the Contact Details view.
3. Modify the details and click the Save Contact Details button to save the changes.
4. You may choose to use the the Registrant Contact Details for the Administrative, Billing & Technical Contact Details by selecting the Use same contact for Administrative, Billing & Technical details checkbox.
5. You may choose to apply the modified details to all the domain names using this Contact by selecting the Update all Domain Names currently using this contact (wherever applicable) checkbox.


»  After how many days my domain will be deleted If not paid.
After expiration there is 40days renewal grace period to renew the domain with one year domain registration fee. After that there is 30 days restore period where domain can be restored with some domain restoration charges. After that there is 5 days domain deletion period before the domain gets deleted from your domain control panel and will be available to fresh registration.
»  Steps to Create / View / Modify Child Nameservers for a Domain
1. Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name and proceed to the Order Information view
2. Click the Child Name Servers link
3. Enter the Host Name of the Child Name Server you wish to add in the Host Name box, mention its IP Address (IPv4 or IPv6) and click the Save button
»  Steps to Receive New Password for Domain Control Panel Login
1. Domain Customer visit http://:domainsgofast.com/customer
2. Domain Resellers visit http://domainsgofast.com/reseller
3. You can use "Forgot Password" option, enter your Email Id ( used as login user name ) and Submit .
4. You will receive an automatic email with temporary password at your official email id Temporary Password will remain active for 3 days only. If you do not have access to the above email id, please contact the owner of the domain account you are trying to login.

»  What if, I have misspelled my domain name. How do I get it corrected?

Once a domain name is active, it cannot be altered for spelling corrections or its extension ( like .com, .in , .biz etc. ) An alternative is to register a new domain name with correctly spelling or domain extension.

However, you may get your domain deleted from your control panel and get money back within the grace period of 4 days from the date of domain registration, for the following domain extension,.  :-
 
»  Domain Transfer Steps to Transfer Domain from JodoHost to Other Domain registrar
1. Visit the Gaining Registrar control panel
2. Select "Domain Transfer" option
3. Enter the domain name and authorization code/domain secret/transfer secret (all are same but called different by Domain Registrars). This you will get within your DomainsGoFast control panel.
4. Press "Transfer" button.
5. Select "Domain Transfer settings" and then make payment. You can use the present available funds to pay for transfer fee for the pending invoice.
6. You will receive an email from existing Domain Registrar to authorize Domain Transfer, at your admin contact email id. You are required to confirm the domain transfer by following steps given in authorization email.
7. After this confirmation, some time it takes 1-5 days to complete domain transfer, check with your Gaining registrar for the same.
»  Steps to View / Modify a Domain (Transfer) Secret Key/Authorization Code (except .DE)
1. Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name whose domain secret you wish to view/modify and proceed to the order Information view.
2. Here, the current "Domain (Transfer) Secret" will be displayed. In order to change it, enter a new Domain (Transfer) Secret in the textbox and click the Update Domain Secret button to save the changes / or set the new key.
»  How to Delete a Domain Name within the Money Back Grace Period from your Control Panel?
1. Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name that you wish to delete and proceed to the Order Details view.
  Note:
 
  • If the domain name is Locked by JodoHost, it needs to be first Unlocked by JodoHost, before you can proceed further.
  • If the domain name is Locked by you, the domain name can be deleted even without unlocking it.
  • If the domain name is Suspended by JodoHost, it needs to be first Unsuspended, before you can proceed further.
2. Click the Delete Order link.
3. On the next page, confirm the Deletion by clicking the Delete Order button. The domain name would be immediately deleted.

»  Domain Transfer Steps to Transfer Domain from Other Registrar to DomainGoFast ( JodoHost)
1. To transfer domain Select  the following url http://domainsgofast.com/domain.php?action=domain_transfer
2. Enter the domain name and authorization code/domain secret/transfer secret (all are same but called different by Domain Registrars. Domain transfer authorization code provided by present domain registrar.
3. Press Transfer button.
4. In the next page, system will ask you to create or login to your Domain Control Panel. Domain Control Panel account is free. You will be paying for new domain registrations, domain transfers or domain renewal, you execute under your domain control panel.
5. Select "Domain Transfer settings" and then make payment. If you pay by PayPal, domain transfer order will execute immediately. If you select 2Checkout or CCavenue, their payments need to be manually credited and this operation will take 24 – 72 hrs. depending on the payment gateway you select.
6. You will receive an email from existing Domain Registrar to authorize Domain Transfer, at your admin contact email id. You are required to confirm by following steps given in authorization email, after that domain will be transfer in your DomainsGoFast control panel within 5 days.
