3. 8.25% Sales Taxes (and Tax Exemption Code) is applicable ONLY on Texas, USA residents, others please ignore filling out Tax Exemption Code.
 
1. In Smart package customer cannot purchase Add-ons except dedicated IP. If Add-ons are required, please upgrade to Value Plan.
2. All Dedicated IP assignments must be valid under our IP Usage Policy
3. "Domains" only specifies the number of domains you can host. Actual domain registration is not included.
4. osCommerce is not preinstalled, Customer is required to install, when needed.
5. Upgrade/downgrade a plan from within Customer Control Panel anytime.
6. known limits: (a) mass-mailing limit. (b) No sub-panel for FTP users or email users available.
