Yes. What this means is that you can sell more space and bandwith to your clients than allocated to you in your reseller Plan. Only the actual space used by you or your clients is counted by us.

Each user account represents a single end-user Control Panel. An End-User Control panel is basically a control panel that can be used by you or your customers to manage domains. Each Control Panel can host unlimited domains
FAQ: How can I sell both Windows & Linux Hosting from one Reseller Account?
We using what is called a Hosting Cluster. We have separaste Windows servers, ColdFusion Servers, Linux Servers, Mail Servers, Exchange Servers and Database servers in our cluster. When you create a Windows Hosting Plan (for your own use or to sell to your customers), it uses resources from only the needed servers, to host your windows website. The same applies for Linux, ColdFusion and Exchange hosting
FAQ: How do Resellers sell Exchange Hosting?
The Total Mail Space and Total Public Space both define the total space available to you as a reseller to sell. Mail Space is used to store emails, Public Space to store calendars, tasks, files, etc. An example plan you could sell would be 500MB of Mail Space, 100 MB of Public Space and 2 MailBox/Users. Such a plan would allow the customer to use 500 MB between two mail boxes (for emails), and 100 MB for sharing data. Selling this plan would cost you $20/mo (2 users/mailboxes), and deduct 500MB and 100MB from your Total Mail Space Quota and Total Public Space quota respectively. Overselling space isn't possible on Exchange.

That means that you can sell more disk space to your clients that actually provided in your plan as long as the actual disk space used by your all clients is less than what is allotted to you. If your total client's disk space usage exceeds the amount allocated in your current reseller plan, you can easily upgrade to the next plan. Although JodoHost doesn't encourage this sort of overselling, it can be used to boost profits if done in reasonable limits.
