Any-time Money Back Guarantee and Partial Refunds

JodoHost offers an any-time money back guarantee where customers will receive a complete refund* if they cancel their Hosting services within 30 days of registration. If however the customer cancels after the 30-day period, he or she will receive a refund for the unused months of his or her currently billing term after deducting a refund charge. The refund charge will be equal to $10.00 or the refund amount itself, whichever is less. Refunds would not be made to customers who violate our AUP. Refund is permitted in following type of payments:
  1. Credit Card Payments (Authorize.NET): Payments made by Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
  2. PayPal Payments: Any form of PayPal payment. PayPal may charge a small refund fee.
  3. 2Checkout Payments: Any Payment made using 2Checkout.
To get a refund under this scheme, simply fill out the Cancellation Form before 30 days of signing up.
 
Notes:
a. Partial refund of Hosting fee is permitted till time limit imposed by payment gateways. This is generally 3 months to 4 months. No refunds can be made beyond this period.
b.

*In case of WinVPS customers, a $10.00 Setup fee will be deducted from the monthly fee paid.
c. No refunds are possible for domain registration charges or of domain redemption fee.
